If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it or exchange the merchandise within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Returns/Exchanges for online orders are accepted on merchandise that have not been used or worn and have ALL tags attached, and returned with original receipt. Returns not accepted on intimates, swimsuits, or custom orders.
To receive store credit, the order must be shipped back to Tiger's Store 42 Herbert Street, Hayesville, NC 28904. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. However, if you would like to make an even-exchange and/or receive a store-credit, you have the option to bring your online order into our storefront in Hayesville, NC. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Package up the merchandise you wish to return, including your receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Again, make sure all item(s) have not been used or worn, and have all tags attached. We ask that all returned items be sent back fully insured by USPS, UPS or FedEx, and that you obtain a tracking number for your records. Once we receive and inspect returned merchandise, a store credit will be issued to your store account. We have the right to refuse any return at any time if we feel our policy has not been adhered to.

Under no circumstance will refunds be granted in store.
